The Board and management of Chabot are excited to begin moving forward on court resurfacing. This is not a “patch & paint” technique. It's a complete resurfacing using a multilayered system that will eliminate all cracks and surface defects and is warrantied for 5 years. This is the first complete resurfacing of our courts since 2013. The construction is tentatively expected to begin in June of this year. It is expected that the project will take approximately 10 weeks to complete. The resurfacing will be performed three courts at a time (5 weeks per 3). We are confident the disruption of play due to this construction will be well worth it! We will keep you posted on the exact construction schedule as plans are finalized.
Thanks to everyone for your help and patience!
Sincerely, The Board of CCRC: Steve Davenport, president Antonio Robles, vice president Perry Milton, secretary Sue Mallon, treasurer Linda Morris, member at large
